Sometimes we decide that time has come to remove some old photos from Instagram but it would be a real shame to delete them. All those likes and comments would be wasted. Luckily there's a solution that lets you keep your posts while not showing them anymore on your profile.
Hide a post
- Press the three dots in the upper right corner of the post
- Tap on Archive
- The posts will be saved in your archive
See your archived posts
- Go to your profile
- Tap on the three lines in the top-right corner
- From the menu, select "Archive"
- You can choose between "Stories Archive" and "Posts Archive"
Restore a post you archived
- Go to your archive
- Tap on the post you want to restore
- Click the three dots in the upper right corner
- Press "Show on profile"
